Collin McGrew

Collin joined CTP in January 2018 after interning with the firm while attending school. He is currently the Business Development Manager leading the Southern California expansion efforts, while he continues to support some of his Bay Area clients. He graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a BA in Communication Studies and a Minor in Integrated Marketing Communications. Collin started with CTP as a Technology Recruiter and after his success in recruiting and a desire to build a new territory and work directly with clients, he quickly moved into a Business Development role in October of 2018. Collin’s favorite thing about his job is the chance he gets to connect with clients and candidates, not just as a trusted advisor, but as a partner in the advancement of their career. In his free time, you can find Collin at a brewery with his wife, Emily, and their dog, Callie; or playing a round of golf with friends. And rooting for the Broncos, always.
