Platform / Stack

Compensation Expectation: $130,000 – $150,000
What You'll Do As a IT Services Engineer:
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices and servers Installing software
- General computer and server maintenance
- Problem solving on applications, operating systems, printers and other devices
- Trouble-shooting computer and networking issues
- Maintain, Administer and Monitor networks, servers, systems, software and applications
- Log all activities in trouble ticketing system
- Check backups and other daily maintenance duties
Qualifications:
- Strong technical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and the proven experience to interact professionally with customers, team leaders, and executives to resolve service requests in a timely manner.
- Possess excellent time and task management skills along with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Should have experience with the following systems, applications or devices:
- Windows desktop operating systems
- Mac Operating Systems
- Zoom conference rooms
- Windows Server 2012,2016
- Office 365
- iOS, and Android Mobile Device Management
- LAN/WAN networking technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory DHCP and DNS
- Comfortable with off hour requests and duties as needed
