Location:  Remote (East Coast hours)

A popular media company and professional sports league, they are a global company headquartered in New York City with offices in California.
 
Compensation Expectation:  $65-70/ hour

The Role of Product Manager
The Product Manager will lead transformation initiatives, capturing business
requirements, leading scrum calls, and ensuring proper testing.  This is a fast-paced team with both strategic and tactical support components that require knowledge of Marketing Technology solutions, as well as experience in enterprise level programs.
 
  • Drive complex workstreams within our Marketing Technology initiatives.
  • The Product Manager will assist in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet stakeholder needs and to drive product development.
  • Gather, evaluate, and write business and user requirements
  • Build, maintain, and configure properly defined and detailed epics and user stories that follow product strategy using agile methodology.
  • Maintain our product's backlog and release plan
  • Manage project/product scope, schedule, dependencies, communication, and stakeholders
  • Assist in driving product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Create journey mapping
  • Agile experience

Knowledge & Experience
  • 5 years of experience as a MarTech Product Manager
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical, business, and third party
vendor teams,
  • Ability to evaluate the development scope for Jira Stories
  • Experience with MarTech tools like Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) sites, Digital Asset Management, CRM, marketing channels, etc.
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
  • Experience with content management systems and orchestration tools
  • Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, AEM Forms, and AEM Assets.
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Platform and journey orchestration.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Strong organizational skills in all stages of the software development life cycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using product management and project management tools (Jira, LucidChart, Confluence, DevOps, Smartsheet, Workfront, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in other digital marketing and customer engagement platforms, such as Jebbit, Digioh is a plus.
  • Experience in the media and entertainment industry a plus.
