The Role of Product Coordinator
The Product Coordinator will work with Product Managers on various projects and live
products to assist with project related tasks, 2nd Level Application Support, application training, and product administration.
- Assist Product Managers in completing deliverables: prioritizing requests, reviewing user stories, business requirement documentation, assist in product roadmaps and creating documentation.
- Creation of product training material.
- Documentation for end-users and development teams to understand the product.
- Gathering analytics and metrics regarding app performance and usage to improve user experience.
- Support user-testing activities and provide feedback to Product Managers.
- Providing 2nd Level Application Support
Knowledge & Experience
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn company systems.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effectively collaborate with various teams and establish strong business relationships.
- Ability to synthesize various data, learnings, and research to articulate the most important and actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate features and benefits of the applications.
- The ability to adapt quickly.
- Investigation & diagnostic skills.
- Experience with end user support and supporting various products that have released a new application to the business.
- Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Business degree a strong plus.
