Compensation Expectation: $70 – 90/hr
What You’ll Do As a Software Lifecycle Manager:
- Provide instruction, education, guidance and first-class service for our requesters throughout the process
- Drive the workflow, data collection, metrics reporting and presentation
- Organize, Facilitate and Partner with IT Security/Global InfoSec/Sourcing & Legal to meet the requirements of approval
- Maintain accurate records, database and reports for all software inventory
- Strategies and workflow improvements are key to success in this role
- Partner with Decision Makers & Finance to forecast, plan, adjust and reconcile the business unit’s sustainment budget.
- Daily communication with business stakeholders, vendor contacts, and procurement teams
- Maintain accurate records, balanced against yearly budget commitments
- Produce reports and dashboards for management and team
- Close collaboration with the Software Lifecycle Management team
Qualifications:
You could be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years software procurement experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Project Management tools: Airtable and Jira
- Excellent communication skills: Patience and support when communicating with business stakeholders, vendors and procurement teams
- Experience in procurement business/finance applications
- Understanding process and workflow for procurement and finance
- Experience using SAP and other finance platforms
- Ability to analyze data and statistics maintained by procurement platforms and ticket systems
