Daniel Baum

Daniel comes to CTP after spending over 20 years in the restaurant industry.  His career was built by a tenacious aptitude for building a business, developing talent, and striving to lead operational excellence.  It is his passion for people and managing them through their career trajectory that brought him into the recruiting field.  He believes the foundation of any successful venture is its people.  Daniel lives in Charlotte, NC and supports the East Coast team at CTP.  He is an avid gardener, chef, and restaurant enthusiast.  Most importantly, the center of his world are his two daughters that light up his existence everyday of their lives.
